Since early 2002, SMLT founder Carlos Savenije has been assisting foreigners in Spain. Did we then already focuse mainly on buying, selling and renovating real estate? As the office has grown, our expertise in planning and settling estates has evolved too.
Our main goal? Giving our Dutch-speaking clients a break from the emotions associated with purchasing, inheriting or bequeathing real estate in Spain; because they know that our office has planned and arranged everything down to the last detail. From A to Z. For old and young. Always in their own language.
Despite our clear specialization in inheritances and real estate in Spain, we do not leave our clients out in the cold if they need help in areas that are an extension of our services. That is why we may also help them with matters such as legal procedures, insurance, financial mediation or their tax return.
Our head office is located less than fifteen minutes from the airport in Elche, Alicante (Costa Blanca). We, therefore, assist clients all over Spain. From Catalunya to Andalucia and from the mainland to the Spanish islands (such as Ibiza, Mallorca and Tenerife).
